4GB Memory Stick Aug 26, 2009
By Spirit31 I don't know why the Amazon questions asked me if this "game" was any fun, apparently Amazon needs to fix their review things.
Anyway, I ordered two of these 4GB Memory Sticks for my PSP and my brother's PSP. They were packaged with care, the price was A LOT better than what they are at, say, Best Buy, they work perfectly fine, and I received them very fast, even faster than what Amazon said I would get it.
I would buy from this seller again.

4GB Memory Stick PRODuo Feb 01, 2010
By D. CO At the time I bought my 4GB it was pretty exspensive but now you can get them now $20-$30 less. The great thing is it works with all products that takes memory stick so you can use it for digital cameras, camcorders, and Sony PC,laptops VIAO and the launch day PS3 system. Don't own products that are compadable with it? no problem also comes wtih an adapter. The adapter is very helpful, so you might want to keep it in a safe place. I have yet to see it sold alone. But it work and its cheap. Thats all you could ask for these days.

Don't buy from xbookstore !! Jun 28, 2009
By Jim

The "sony" memory stick pro duo that I purchased from xbookstore is a fake. I originally bought it just to get my psp online and updated, so I was not using it for movies or any other media until recently. I loaded a couple of movies onto the memory stick, safely removed the psp from my computer, and now it says that there is no memory stick inserted. I began trouble shooting, which lead me to a website
[...]
that allowed me to spot this card as a fake. This memory stick is no longer useable at all. It is not even recognized in my sony laptop. It said it had 4GB, but must have had a lot less. xbookstore did not respond to my email, (I sent a month ago) now I have to buy a new one. Good luck.
Nice Memory Card Jun 28, 2010

The card does everything I wanted it to do. After a month the son is still watching movies off it. We where able to get 4 on it. Probably get more movies on it but a couple where nearly 3 hours. I did happen to get an off brand 16g for not much more money.

Sony Memory Card does not work and service is terrible Nov 22, 2010
By Joni Lim I have bought all kinds of memory cards, sticks etc. Kingston, Sandisk are all cheaper and they all worked. And, in Singapore, they come with 5 year warranty.
But Sony? It does NOT work out of the box. The 1 and only PSP service center is in a remote part of Singapore. And, if you happen to be children and fans of Sony games, you can count on being ignored. My children aged 16 and 11 were kept waiting when other people were served. Our queue was called only when i appear in the shop.
Sony is NOT interested in whether their product gives you delight. They are only interested in that sales dollar. If you have no proof of purchase (mine was printed on thermal paper that faded over time) they will not give you an exchange. They will take time however to explain why - even though the serial number is in their database - they will not change it for you. But - it is Sony, isn't it?
If you call the Sony Contact Center, which i did, no one told me a proof of purchase was necessary. And i thought Sony was a brand associated with quality and customer service.
Their service staff will distort the truth because children do not speak up. They claimed my children were served and claimed that the wrong info was given. You know what - between the consumer and the service staff, who should be asking the right questions? I am very sure my son knew the difference between a memory card and the PSP. Maybe it is because the quality of their PSP is nothing to speak of, which is why the service staff thought the PSPs were not working.
Try calling their PSP service center for an update on your repair. The calls are never picked up. Every service request requires a minimum of 2 trips and be prepared to wait.
We just bought 2 PSPs and were planning on cameras and Playstation 3 but guess what both our WII and XBox are still working. We'll wait for another great product from a company with a viable gaming solution.
