Great Value Sep 25, 2008

"Rock Drummer"
I thought they were the covers for the rock band drums but instead they are foam pads that stick to the drum pads. The drum stick are alot heavier than the wood stick that come with the rock band kit to start. For the most part they are great and they really add a great look to the Drums themselves.

Rock Pack is awesome Dec 18, 2010
By Jordan As soon as I put the 4 foam pads on, they stuck and haven't come undone and the color isn't coming off. I saw reviews where people had said that. I've been playing drums for 3-5 days out of a week for a couple of hours at a time and the foam pads, drums, and aluminum drum sticks have stayed completely in tact. Now maybe certain ones that have that happen are made from different places or the person playing pounds the snot out of the kit. I've played and own the regular RB drums, the GH World Tour drums, and now the pro RB 3 drums, with the Rock Pack (4 foam silencers and aluminum drum sticks with rubber grips and rubber tips on either end), and since adding the Rock Pack to my pro RB3 drum kit, to me, it's the far superior drums. Since I've ordered the Rock Pack and applied them to my RB3 drums, I've done nothing but play drums on pro-mode in Rock Band 3 and absolutely love the aluminum drums sticks. They're heavier than any other drum sticks I've played with but to me, if you get used to them, it doesn't have any affect on my drum playing. In fact, because of the heaviness, the cymbals and toms register a lot better and the rubber grips on the drum sticks really prevent any blistering and make for a better grip on the drum sticks. All in all, I'd say the Rock Pack is the way to go, especially for people who play the drums on these more so. And for those that don't play drums as much but are thinking of ordering the Rock Pack, play patiently and I think you'll find not only noise reduction, but better and more effective drum playing.

THe Drum pads are cool but the sticks..... Jan 01, 2009
By Emily R. Lapish i got guitar hero world tour for x-mas
already broke the wooden sticks,
so i went out and got these. THey looked amazing.
figured "oh the will be great for me and my dad"
so i bought them. I loved the little cover/pads.
THEY DONT INTERFERE WITH THE GAME AT ALL!
But as i was playing all of a sudden
one of the sticks got way lighter when i was playing.
the tip came off. i kept playing because i had no idea where it was
and i was in the middle of on-line play. so i kept
going. THen about two songs later the other tip came off.
when i was finally done playin. I looked at them and the just
slide on. they easily came on and off. so i had to super
glue them in order to keep them from falling off. i wont
be buying these again. Wont recomend enless you want the game pads
but why pay alomst $30 for that.
Drum Sticks Are Junk Jan 11, 2012
By 4Sweeneys The tips of the drum sticks came off during the first use! The foam pads do protect the drums but no noticable difference in drumming sound quality.
Very nice, but does not decrease noise Aug 04, 2011
By Zeefster First of all, I love how the foam pads look, and that they give the drum pads some protection without interfering with gameplay even if you double them up. I also think the aluminum drum sticks are pretty nice.
HOWEVER...the claim that the foam pieces are "silencers", from my experience, is false. I have tapped an unprotected drum pad and one with a foam piece on at varying forces for comparison. The result: There was no comparison. The sounds they make are slightly different, but the foam has no impact on volume, so these are not technically silencers.
On the plus side, once again, very cool looking and good for increasing the life of your drum pads!
