Get It! Jul 28, 2010 True.... for Rockband 1&2 it does not matter wether or not you hit (for example) yellow cymbal or yellow pad to be correct. It is fun to match the real sound with the correct piece. Rock Band 3 comming out X-mas 2010 will have music that allows 4 pads and 3 cymbals to be used specifically. It is fun and makes the experience more entertaining. In the end, its just a game have fun.
cymbals crash Jul 20, 2010 The cymbal kit was incomplete. The kit did not come with
any sort of parts list or instructions to asssemble it. The
seller did happily refund my money.
Great Addition to Rock Band 2 Jul 12, 2010 A great way to give the RockBand 2 drums a more "real" feel look. Makes the game much better and they look great. Would buy again. Love em'!
Keeping this review nice and simple Jul 10, 2010 If you play rock band simply to have fun not watching your scores or performance then these are great for you, they aren't the best quality and sometimes overhit or underhit. if you play rock band and care about your scores then you don't want to use these cymbals.
I'm a person who extremely cares about my scores and plays on expert... these cymbals do not work for me. i dont even use them anymore, they lay on my floor doing nothing.
These cymbals came in very crappy condition. Jun 15, 2010 When I got my cymbals, I was stoked. I really was excited. But, then I had to put it together. As I opened everything up, I noticed that there was a broken part-the very tip of the post that should hold the cymbal in. It just came in it's own bubble wrap package. Also, the posts to hold the cymbals up keep slipping off of my kit, no matter how hard i tighten them. These are crap, and I need to know how to possibly get my money back. Think twice before getting this.
