Fit for purpose Feb 09, 2009

The product works and does have the 32MB memory it quotes. I've only had the cards for a few weeks, but so far, no problems. The packaging is shady and doesn't reflect the product it holds, but the product is the end result for me.
Keep my fingers cross that nothing breaks in 6mths time because I wouldn't know what warranty comes with these cards.

While I have only used one of the two memory cards you get in this configuration, it has worked perfectly and served its purpose. I have not had any problems whatsoever with it.

I thought I would give this generic PS2 memory a try and I happy to report that both 32MB cards work and each has 32MB of memory available ...
I tested both out by copying, loading, and saving a few of my games and they both are working fine. Only one of my games, so far, has a minor issue when it starts up, not recognizing the card, but with a quick remove and re-insertion of my card, the game continues on just fine ... saves and all.
Both cards say "32MB" and "MagicGate" on them and both fit in my PS2 slots just fine. I did have to tighten one of the small screws on one of the cards because it was not flush and stuck out some ... easy fix.
Overall I would say these two 32MB generic cards are a good deal at a fraction of the Sony price per MB (Less than $0.30/MB compared to over $2.00/MB for Sony). I would recommend giving these a shot.

Excellent product. Works right out of the package. Big money saver too. regular cards cost 2 to 3 times as much. I would recommend this card to all gamers.
