It does what it says. This cable gave me a good 6 feet of extra space for my controller. Now I don't have to worry about my PS2 falling off of the TV. A good deal.

When you have a 52" TV, the normal controller cord length has you sitting WAY too close for comfort. With this cable I can sit on the couch and play, that I have to say I am happy with.

Great Extension Chord May 23, 2009

This Extension Cable came for a cheap price and yet was very effective. It works perfectly with my PS2 Controller, even though it's a cheap chinese knockoff, and even when I hook it up to a USB Adapter so I can use it with my computer.

I have had several wireless PS2 controllers over the years and they all had some kind of problem - weak reception and missed button clicks, short battery life, cheap construction... I finally gave up on the wireless idea and got these extension cables instead. They work great.
