Skin is on a PSP3001 player. looks nice and doesn't have a cheesy feel. Important to note, there were small cut outs that allowed the lights to show for power and such unlike the transformer skin I purchased for my other son. Good skin.

a-sticker sticks well. I messed up and the sticker came off and reapplied without the sticker tearing
b-nice material
c-holes are cut out, although you have to push the perforations out.
