 Great Game! May 04, 2010
I really don't understand what people mean by bad graphics and gameplay, I thought the game was excellent. I can understand being upset about multiplayer, but Beast Rider isn't a terrible game as most make it out to be. Most people that say the game is bad haven't even finished it. The graphics are beautiful, in my personal opinion, if the game looks interesting, buy it. It's not that expensive because of the critics reviews, which brought the popularity down greatly. So now, every person that is interested in the game decides not to get it because most Golden Axe fans insist that it's a terrible game. Overall, I think it has a nice combat system, and the storyline is interesting. Don't flame Beast Rider because of it's reviews, try it and see for yourself.

Kill everyone and defend your self. It is like a dream. The combat is very good but with the time you will see too much blood that you will no play for a week.

The game is a fun game, with an interesting story and it is fun if you have to kill time, and riding a beast does makes it interesting. The only issue it's similarity with other games of it's genre. For example I own Also Conan for PS3 and basically both games are almost identical in their attacks, ways you play it, etc. The differences are that in one the main character is male and for the moment I have seen a more diverse variety of bosses(monsters) than in Golden Axe and the attacks and defense easier, but I have advanced more levels in that particular game. In the other is female, uses beasts ( that what makes it fun and unique), and better graphics but I have just started been through just a few levels. So based on the above, both games are good games but I would buy either one or the other. I still think both games are fun. The seller sent me the game promptly and in excellent condition.

Personally, i feel that this game is more a renter, than a buy-er. I did try get into the game, and while i love titles like MGS4, and Devil May Cry 4, this just wasn't there. Can't say that I'd buy it again :( A good teller is that one of the suggested tags for this recommendation is 'rubbish'

Fun, cheap, short. The controls leave a little to be desired. It doesn't always recognize when you pull of counters and it looks and feels very klunky.
